We are in love with candy confectionery, and we think you should be too.

Our Confectionery & Sweet Stuff course is the ideal course to learn how to make delicious sweets and confectionery at home. You’ll be guided by a master confectioner in making a collection of gourmet, home-made, outrageously delicious nougats, fudges, marshmallow and Turkish delights. Whatever you can’t eat on the course you take home with you. We master the art of sugar work with you by making:

Almond and Honey Nougat
Rose and Pistachio Turkish Delight
Italian Meringue Marshmallow Spread
Freshly Dipped Honeycomb
