We are in love with candy confectionery, and we think you should be too.

Our Confectionery & Sweet Stuff course is the ideal course to learn how to make delicious sweets and confectionery at home. You’ll be guided by a master confectioner in making a collection of gourmet, home-made, outrageously delicious nougats, fudges, marshmallow and Turkish delights. Whatever you can’t eat on the course you take home with you.

InclusionsAll ingredients, professional chef to lead the course. Everything you make will be available for you to take home. The School makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are welcome to bring their own containers to transport their food home.
