Bread and bakery products constitute one of the most popular items in the consumer’s shopping basket. We all love the smell of freshly baked breads, and there’s nothing nicer than tucking into a loaf of freshly baked bread straight out of the oven.

This two-day course teaches the art of bread making, including classic breads such as Ciabatta, Sourdough, Panini and other interesting breads such as Challa, Lavash and Naan.

Recipes may include:

Ciabatta
Panini
Lavash
Naan
Chapatti
Challa
Making Proper Pizza Dough
Flatbread
Sourdough
Bread Rolls
Cheese Sticks

Please note that the above recipes are subject to availability of ingredients and some recipes may be excluded.

I attended the 2 day bread baking course. It was fantastic. I have tried many times to make Sourdough with no success. The course was easy and informative and we made the most delicious sourdough.
