Bread and bakery products constitute one of the most popular items in the consumer’s shopping basket. We all love the smell of freshly baked breads, and there’s nothing nicer than tucking into a loaf of freshly baked bread straight out of the oven.

This two-day course teaches the art of bread making, including classic breads such as Ciabatta, Sourdough, Panini and other interesting breads such as Challa, Lavash and Naan.

Recipes may include:

Making Proper Pizza Dough
Bread Rolls
Cheese Sticks

Please note that the above recipes are subject to availability of ingredients and some recipes may be excluded.

Customer Reviews

Thank you chef Jody and Stir Crazy for an outstanding 2 day Baking class. The variety and quality of breads and baking covered was most impressive. We even did some Danish. Chef Jody is very passionate about his craft and teaching it to others. Best part, we get to eat what we bake. - Douglas Adams
