This course has been designed for people who would like to learn a few tricks of the trade in presentation and plating so that you can present professional looking cuisine at home. Working with chefs who have over 12 years’ experience in restaurant plating, this course focuses on various styles, ingredients and flavour combinations, making it the ideal course to add to your culinary repertoire.

The evening is an interactive demonstration class, so once you’ve been shown how, you’ll be actively involved in turning standard plates of food into masterpieces.

Ideals for chefs, novice chefs and foodies.

**Recipes for this evening will be created during the course by the training chef, depending on participant’s requirements.
