LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF PREPARING SEAFOOD FROM A SEASONED SEAFOOD CHEF!

Although seafood is one of the healthiest ways of eating and is a great source of protein and rich in healthy oils. More and more people are now also replacing meat diets with seafoods. However, preparing various types of seafood could be a daunting experience for many people, as there are so many different ways of preparing it. The costs of seafood have also risen exponentially, so you want to make sure you’re doing it right, as seafood can easily be overcooked.
South Africa has some unique sea life, as well as some interesting ways of preparing and cooking all types seafood. This course takes participants on a seafood journey to explore the various types of fish and shellfish found on our sea shores, how to prepare it and the many different ways of cooking this delicious source of food.
