If you are a burger fan this class is a must! We share our secrets on what makes the perfect burger as we guide you through choosing and preparing meat, choosing the right bun and condiments and creating virtually any gourmet burger of your choice. Our secret tips and techniques include the ideal fat to meat ratio, using the perfect buns to the choice of fresh and favourite condiments used to create perfect burgers.

Recipes include:

Classic grass-fed beef cheeseburger
Crunchy crumbed chicken burger
Ostrich burger with bearnaise sauce
Chilli calamari and chip burger with tartare sauce
Beef burger with jalapeno mayo
White Chocolate ice cream burger with salted caramel sauce

At the end of the class you enjoy a sit down lunch with your burger creation and a complimentary beverage.
