Come and learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch – the best way to enjoy pasta! Pasta-making is an ancient Italian tradition and is still regarded as the world’s number one comfort food. We teach you the skills to create the most famous Italian dishes so you can impress friends and family. This course includes creating and rolling basic pasta dough using various types of flour, eggs and other ingredients to create the perfect fresh pasta.

Smoked Salmon Parcels with Dill Cream
