Chilli is has been used in a number of different applications, as an aphrodisiac, a heating spice and even a charm to keep away evil spirits. Although the only evil spirits will be the ones in a bottle, we’ll be playing with the different properties of chillies, and how to make the most of this fiery herb in your cooking. The Cooking with Chilli class covers preparation and techniques for cooking with all types of chillies, from mild to hot. This course is not all raging hot and spicy cookery – we include a range dishes to suit everyone’s tastes; working with the charms and properties of this delicious little spice. We cover the do’s and don’ts of chilli, learn about identifying chillies, their individual heat levels and unique flavours. If you wish to turn up the heat or merely discover new ideas using chilli, this course is for you.
