A good curry doesn’t have to take hours to make, but there are a few simple tips and tricks to bring out the best flavours in curries. We start with the basics – we teach you how to make the most of whole spices instead of bought spices, how to make delicious pastes from scratch and how to blend the flavours for a well-balanced meal. Despite popular belief, curries need not be hot, but should have a myriad of flavours running off your palate to Kick off your curry by joining us on a global curries tour and how best to make them using spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and various seed combinations to create the perfect base to your curry dish.
