This Seasonal Kitchen session is a celebration of the change of seasons and the fresh produce that becomes available during the change of the seasons. Recipes include new culinary concepts, a reinvention of old favourites and new and existing flavour combinations to suit the season and the ingredients each season offers. Think fresh, organic, sustainable, interesting and delicious!
