Students who have already learned the art of sushi making can enhance their sushi skills with something unique and interesting. This course teaches the finer art of sushi making, the finer skills of filleting fish as well as fine-tuning rice making to create perfectly tantalising sushi. At the end of the course, you’ll be able to prepare a variety of sushi recipes such as fashion sandwiches, crispy rolls, tempura sushi, deep fried sushi and other interesting sushi combinations.
